Stephanie Tonsfeldt received her Bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric and Speech Communication from the University of Minnesota.
Stephanie was raised in a competitive environment compelling her to focus on the task at hand and to driving her vision into reality. “I remember spending time in Kentucky where I became a two-time titleholder, world-champion horseback riding competitor.”
Stephanie’s memories of Real Estate reach back to her childhood. “My father was a successful broker and a developer. I worked as his hostess at open houses and watched him in action!” Stephanie emulates her father’s work ethic. “As he became busier, we rarely saw him at home. He was either meeting clients and colleagues, showing property or working on his business strategies.” Stephanie’s mother was an interior designer. Both her parents were excellent role models who showed her that there were possibilities in all things.
Stephanie’s experience in sales, human resources and executive management have given her the skills to find solutions in difficult, high-pressure situations. She was the former Director of Human Resources for a commercial bank and Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer.
Because of her connection to her father’s business and her rich work experience, Stephanie left corporate America and entered the Real Estate field. She focuses all her efforts in helping clients find success. Her previous employers found her to have a tall moral compass and high integrity. “My passion for Real Estate, responsive communication, and love of helping others ensure a successful outcome for both sellers and buyers.”
