The Voss Group has sold over $250 million in Chicago real estate that include condominiums, townhomes, single family homes, multi-family investment properties, and commercial properties. Prior to joining @properties John graduated from Depaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and worked for CB Richard Ellis as a Property Manager. In this role, John oversaw Commercial Office Space for Four Buildings consisting of over 550,000 square feet in total. John also supervised several construction projects and skillfully negotiated contract services and prices with a wide variety of vendors to meet the budget constraints of each property he managed. Through these negotiations John was able to save his Investors a lot of money; a skill John promises to bring to you as his client. "A common misconception among the public is that all real estate agents add the same amount of value and provide the same service to their clients. There is a portion of people that think there is no difference from one agent to the next. My goal is to erase this misconception. I make it a personal goal for my clients to see the quality and substance that differentiate me from other agents on a daily basis. I believe my abilities to communicate and listen, coupled with my extreme accessibility, will allow for my clients and me to have a great long term relationship."
