Brian earned an industry-wide reputation as a strong negotiator in hundreds of multi-million-dollar deals. Born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Growing up with a father whose business is based in commercial and residential development and a mother who is a talented interior designer, it’s fair to say Brian grew up on a construction site. While most kids were playing with toys, Brian preferred a hammer or a power tool. Naturally drawn to the aesthetics of architecture and elements of home design, Brian spent many years working for his father’s company building homes and has since managed several renovations and development projects himself. He prides himself on his ability to speak this language and navigate his clients through basic home maintenance or large scaled development projects. Whether it’s identifying an issue or his construction expertise, his knowledge is a rare quality amongst most Realtors.
Brian and his wife, Chelsea, welcomed their first child in December of 2020. The three of them plus their German Shepherd, Kado, can regularly be seen walking the neighborhoods and beaches of Capitola, CA where they currently live. Brian was born and raised in Santa Cruz and still considers it one of the best places to live and now, raise a family. Brian is an avid and competitive cyclist. When he is not working or with his family, he is out on his bike hitting one of the many trails in the Santa Cruz area. He can also be found exploring the landscape with his camera, as he has been shooting landscape photography professionally for 20 years. His work has been published in several wildlife magazines, The Los Angeles Times, Reuters, and many local galleries around the Bay Area.
