Originally from Southern Maryland, Lynne grew up in a family of custom home builders and developers. The coast and real estate have always been a part of her life. Lynne has been a Wrightsville Beach resident for 25 years. She knows the island inside and out and is also well-versed in the greater Wilmington area; Figure Eight, Topsail, and even the Southern OBX. Lynne has worked in Real Estate in the Wrightsville Beach area since 2005 and has been repeatedly recognized as one of the top agents in NC with consistent sales production over 20M+/year and average selling price over $1M. Lynne lives on the island with her fiancé, daughter, and their beloved pets. When not working or spending time at home with family and friends she is usually working on a design project/renovation or travelling abroad with family.
