Heather is a lifelong resident of Central New York with a true appreciation for the Finger Lakes Region. She grew up in Skaneateles, attended Penn State as an undergrad before pursuing a JD/MBA at Syracuse Law School and School of Management, and now lives in Marcellus.
Having worked as a business and real estate attorney, she knows how to assess business objectives, develop and execute growth plans, and draft and negotiate contracts to find the most efficient and effective means to achieve clients’ goals. She's also familiar with the various perspectives of all parties to a transaction, having r epresented lenders, developers, businesses, and residential clients buying, selling, building, and refinancing. As a result, she knows how to help clients better identify and prioritize their goals, develop a plan, and negotiate throughout real estate transactions.
She also spent many years working in research and strategy, creating engaging experiences for major brands and retailers. She has extensive experience analyzing the competitive landscape, designing and executing research projects, identifying strategic opportunities, and informing influential interactions across physical and digital touchpoints. As a result, she understands how to continually analyze the real estate market, strategically leverage clients’ resources, and creatively communicate influential content.
