Lisa McLean brings 30 years of business experience and local knowledge to her clients. She grew up in the coastal mountains above San Gregorio Beach, and after beginning her career with P&G and Nestle, she relocated to Carmel Valley in 1994 to take the position of Group Brand Manager for Fresh Express Farms.
An avid equestrian, Lisa has owned and renovated several small horse farms, and she still makes the time to train and show her dressage horse between clients. Her discipline, perseverance, team building, along with a sense of fun are principles that transcend business, and ultimately set the stage for a successful real estate experience in this spectacular setting.
Lisa and her partner launched a property management company in 2012, managing luxury vacation rentals, which ultimately led her into real estate with Sotheby’s International Realty. As a fifth generation Californian, Lisa has deep connections to the land and its beauty. From having lived in the Carmel Highlands, Tehama, Carmel Valley and Quail, she understands the unique neighborhoods, outstanding schools and world class sporting venues that characterize the Monterey Peninsula.
