Jason began his career in financial planning, advising families on the ins and outs of investing. Having renovated multiple properties throughout New York, he also has a passion for residential real estate. He developed a keen eye for identifying gems in the marketplace and bringing a fresh design perspective to neglected homes. When given the opportunity to specialize in the luxury real estate market in the Hudson Valley and Catskills, the decision was easy for him to make the pivot in his career. Jason’s skillset is a perfect fit with the demands of today’s savvy buyers and sellers. He offers an expertise in valuation and due diligence; he is detail oriented, has the key presentation skills to get homes sold, and holds his fiduciary duty for clients in the highest regard. Jason has vacationed in Upstate New York ever since he went to sleepaway camp as a kid. Now with his son Nicholas (and a puppy to arrive shortly), they both are exploring new spots together with kayaks, bikes, hiking boots, and skis. Jason is also a consummate entertainer; drawing inspiration from the surrounding farms, he loves sharing a feast with friends. He is looking forward to putting down roots in the community and adding value to organizations such as the recently launched Wildlife is Us Foundation, based in Hudson, NY. With over 30 years of experience in finance, investing, corporate and personal advisory, and financial analysis, Jason has extensive experience partnering with executive management teams with the goal of uncovering value not appreciated by the market. Leading a team as an equity analyst at Lord Abbett, one of the most respected private investment management firms in the country, Jason helped manage a top performing mutual fund that focused on innovative and disruptive companies.
