Prior to joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Maryia was recognized among the most accomplished real estate agents at Keller Williams Realty for three years consecutive to her 2019 start in real estate.
Since then, Maryia achieved the ranks of the nationwide top 10% of real estate professionals in 2021 and top 5% in 2022 in the largest privately-owned brokerage in the United States.
Having worked in Business Development, Sales & Finance, Maryia found her true passion in Real Estate. Maryia found her home in South Florida, after relocating here with her husband in 2007. Having lived in Fort Lauderdale & Hollywood Beach for over 10 years, she moved to Parkland with her family in 2018. Maryia obtained her BS degree in Business & Hospitality from Niagara University, and later her MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University. Whenever it is possible with her business schedule, Maryia enjoys traveling, cooking, studying astrology and spending time with family & friends. Maryia and her family are huge Florida Panthers fans and enjoy going to the games. Her son plays travel hockey for Jr. Florida Panthers at the Coral Springs Panthers Ice Den.
