Originating from the corporate world, Janette worked for national ad agencies and top global brands, where she art directed, created marketing materials, and managed multi-million-dollar budgets. She eventually purchased and produced a local home-building television show, where she realized her love for real estate surpassed its bounds. Janette uses her top tier negotiating and technical skills to successfully market her properties and give her an edge in competitive real estate markets. Janette enjoys managing her family’s Cape Coral vacation rental, building relationships with her clients, creating beautifully staged listings, and exceeding expectations by executing flawless transactions.
