A native of Delaware, Kate Spadarotto spent her early years on two family ranches in Bear, Delaware and Wytheville, Virginia where she developed a lifelong passion for agriculture and animals.
Highly motivated, and driven with a strong work ethic, Kate's wine-centric real estate expertise has proven to be invaluable for her clients. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Kate’s success is built upon a diverse career that has seen her work in a plethora of fields from a financial analyst for NASA, to a corporate recruiter, to a winemaker and proprietor of Blue Oasis Wines. Kate will be certified in Wine and Winemaking from UC Davis in the fall of 2023.
Combining honed skill sets from these various chapters of her life, Kate brings a service-oriented and considered approach to real estate fueled by her underlying passion for California's premier wine country. Kate specializes in the sale of vineyards, wineries, and luxury estates in the Napa Valley region.
Kate holds the title of president-elect for NORBAR (North Bay Association of Realtors), Board Director for the California Association of Realtors and committee member on the Local Governance Committee.
Kate lives in Saint Helena, California with her husband Steve and enjoys spending time with family, her yellow lab and rescue kitten, and getting lost in a good murder mystery or puzzle.
