Working with both keeps his knowledge of the market current and accurate. There have been hardly a measurable number of transactions in which Kevin has been involved that did not make it to closing. This is attributed to his hands on approach; being certain that buyers in the transaction are financially qualified; and to the great community support he has cultivated with inspectors, contractors, title people, and financial institutions. Whether you are a buyer or seller, Kevin will be attentive to the needs of your transaction process at every step. Jill Lynch was first licensed as a Realtor in 1994 and returned to full time Real Estate in 2004 to assist our clients.
