Description
Tom Williams is a Washington native, born and raised in D.C. He attended Saint John’s High School and Regis College in Denver, Colorado where he majored in Political Science. For more than 50 years, Tom has enjoyed the best of both worlds in D.C. and on Maryland’s Eastern shore, spending time at his home in Oxford. His deep roots in Talbot County stem from his family’s previous ownership of the Tidewater Inn in Easton. Tom’s extensive knowledge of both areas is an asset to buyers and sellers alike. After a 10-year stint on Capitol Hill, Tom moved into the real estate industry and began selling in 1990. Tom’s market knowledge, trust and experience are all qualities his clients can attest to. He prides himself on his honesty and skillset, which includes effectively marketing properties for sellers and exploring every option available for his buyers. Tom has been a Top Producer for over three decades but still gets a rush out of winning for his clients, whether it’s a first-time buyer or valued past client. He vows to have his client’s back, always advocating for their wants and needs. Tom’s promise of stellar service, professionalism and negotiation has earned him a reputation for making a transaction seamless from beginning to end. In his free time, Tom spends his days between Oxford and Chevy Chase. He coached youth sports, predominantly girls’ basketball, for over 20 years and was inducted into the CBN-CYO of Montgomery County Coaches Hall of Fame in 2021. He has two daughters, one of whom lives in Colorado, where he likes to visit. Tom is a member of the Talbot Country Club and enjoys the laid-back lifestyle on the Eastern Shore.
