Description
As both a REALTOR® and home stager, Caroline approaches every situation with attention to detail and an eye for design. She is trained to stage and market homes to maximize buyer interest so her sellers can quickly earn top dollar. When it comes to house hunting, she takes a creative approach that shows buyers what spaces can be without being limited by what they are now.
Her early career in management consulting – specializing in strategic communications and change management – prepared her to explain complicated subjects clearly and effectively advocate for her clients, helping them manage change during seasons of transition. She brings empathy, discretion, and focused strategy to every deal she works, and her team – The Brants Group – brings deep-rooted knowledge of Fort Worth and decades of real estate experience. Outside of client work, Caroline plans the semi-annual art show hosted by Briggs Freeman, is an Ambassador for Trinity Habitat for Humanity, and is actively involved in her church.
Born and raised in Pasadena, California (home of the Rose Bowl), she wanted to attend a college with school spirit and tradition. She chose Texas A&M, where she studied Marketing at Mays Business School, was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, and served as Outreach Executive for the largest student-run service project in the nation, tasked with fundraising the $70,000+ annual operating budget by cold calling corporate sponsors and fostering relationships with private donors. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and finds great joy helping fellow transplants call Texas home.
Caroline lived in Dallas after graduating (Oak Lawn & Knox-Henderson) but fell in love with Fort Worth visiting her younger sister at TCU. When she married a Fort Worth native, it was an easy decision for them to plant roots in what they believe is the greatest city in Texas! They live in a 1940s cottage that Caroline re-designed and renovated, which they share with their Bernese Mountain Dog and two rescue cats. She enjoys writing about her home and garden, plus local artists, events, neighborhoods and more on her blog – Comfort Is Created.
