Jenni Duncan is the Team Leader of The Duncan Group. As a Real Estate agent since 2014, Jenni has helped hundreds of clients maneuver the ins and outs of their real estate transactions as well as held previous roles as a Manager Broker and Agent Development Director. As a broker she has facilitated training, coaching and accountability for her agents. She has devoted her adult life to careers in customer service and values the client experience and win/win philosophy above all else. She strives to lead her team and brokerages to be the very best in the field through education and leading by example. She believes that hard work is meant to fund the life you want to live. Jenni spends her free time traveling with her family, including her three sons Tuk, Grey and Park and husband Jason. Their favorite adventures include trips to National Parks and camping, hiking and skiing in the mountains. Jenni is proud to serve on several boards and committees including: -Committee Member - Citizens Participation Committee for the CDBG with the City of Edmond -Committee Member - PR Committee for the Edmond Board of Realtors -Board Member / Treasurer - Central Oklahoma Youth Lacrosse
