Patti was born and raised in Vermont, and currently resides in South Burlington. Living in the greater Burlington area enhances her knowledge of the local real estate market.
Patti prides herself on her customer relationships and provides unparalleled service for her clients. “I truly believe that communication is key to a successful real estate transaction and thoroughly making sure that every detail is taken care of for my clients. Patti also devotes her time to Lund Vermont, where she is a member of the Development Committee and helps raise awareness for the services which are provided to parents and children. As an entrepreneur, Patti has owned and operated her own women’s retail clothing store in Burlington, Vermont, where she has obtained extensive experience in small business ownership. She is an active member of the Women in Leadership Advisory Committee at the University of Vermont where she is helping others in achieving success in their new ventures. She is also an active member of the South Burlington Business Association and volunteers her time to some of the special events such as Illuminate Vermont.
In her spare time, Patti enjoys spending time with her three daughters and their families and grandchildren. Her passion is cooking and creating new recipes, gardening, golfing, and hiking in our beautiful State of Vermont.

Our South Burlington, Vermont, office is located in Chittenden County, which is bordered by Lake Champlain on the west and the Green Mountains of Vermont on the East. We refer to this region as the Champlain Valley Region as it encompasses the Counties of Franklin, Chittenden and Addison Counties, all bordering Lake Champlain. The South Burlington office is the corporate headquarters of Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty. The Advertising, Accounting, Information Technology, Recruiting/Training, Relocation, Rental and Residential departments are all based in the South Burlington office, although each office has support staff for these Departments. The Commercial Division is based in our West Lebanon, New Hampshire office, the hub of the Upper Valley Region.
