Over $1Billion in real estate sales and thousands of deals done, in all types of markets, puts Nancy in the top echelon of real estate professionals. Recognized by the Chamber of Commerce twice at their annual Oakville Awards for Business Excellence in the competition for Small Business of the Year, Nancy also was awarded the Key to Oakville by the Mayor in 2022 for her work leading the fight against Amalgamation.

Past achievements include sitting on the Chartwell Maple Grove Residents Association for 11 years, 4 as President. RK is engaged in supporting Home Suite Hope and Lighthouse (two local charities) with fundraising events and donations on an ongoing basis.
Nancy has been a licensed real estate sales representative since 2007. In 2016, Sotheby's International Realty Canada recognized Nancy's significant sales achievement by naming her Senior Vice President, Sales.
