Before beginning her real estate career in 2018, Theresa successfully worked in the high fashion industry. She traveled through Europe collaborating with top magazines and brands including Vogue, Elle, Coca-Cola, Nike, and L'Oréal. While she was living in Europe, Theresa and her photographer husband founded a full-service studio where they booked and styled photo shoots for magazines, catalogs, and European brands. She also founded her own clothing line, Raiza, and spent more than a decade as the marketing and sales director of an international jewelry company, honing her negotiation skills while working with high-end luxury retailers in the United States, Asia, and Europe.
Traveling and living abroad in foreign countries for a large part of her life has taught Theresa how to adapt to many different environments, people, and cultures. She is a seasoned negotiator, problem-solver, and patient listener. In addition, her background in fashion, design, marketing, and photography is a valuable asset as she utilizes her expertise in all aspects of selling property.
A long-time resident of Miami Beach, Theresa currently resides in Asheville with her husband and their young son, Jesse. She loves exploring the numerous trails and waterfalls scattered around Asheville, Hendersonville, and Brevard with her family, as well as zip-lining and traversing treetop obstacle courses. A hobbyist photographer, Theresa can often be found taking pictures of the many outstanding vistas she gets to visit during her days as a real estate professional. Besides scouting out new restaurants around Asheville, Theresa and her family frequently volunteer at Transformation Village, a transitional housing facility for homeless women, mothers with children, and veterans.
