Presdon Luczek has called South Florida home for more than 20 years. Originally from Boston, Presdon's love of his community and the lifestyle that living in South Florida affords is easily apparent and he truly enjoys sharing the benefits of living in paradise with his clients.
"For me, it's all about the clients," says Presdon. "Getting to know my clients and their needs, then finding the best way to service those needs and assist them through the real estate process with the highest degree of ease and efficiency gives me great joy. I take pride in building and maintaining good relationships that last far beyond the closing table."
Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Presdon worked as a National Account Executive. In this role, relationship development, contract negotiation, data analysis and setting and implementing new strategies to maximize sales were all integral to his success… skills that are equally important to his success in the real estate market.
With a strong business acumen, a wide range of local knowledge and an easy-going yet persistent attitude, there is no transaction too challenging for Presdon to undertake. Specializing in the million dollar plus properties of Palm Beach and Broward counties, he represents buyers, sellers, and investors with a portfolio that includes ultra-luxury buildings, country club estates, ocean, deepwater and intercoastal communities.
Making his home in Boca Raton, Presdon is an avid golfer, fisherman, and self-proclaimed fitness fanatic. He enjoys giving back to his community through various volunteer efforts including working with the Boys and Girls Club of Deerfield Beach and North Broward County Park Baseball.
