Lara has called South Florida and Boca Raton her home, for 13 years now, and began her career in luxury real estate in Boca Raton, FL at Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s in 2017, followed by ONE Sotheby's International Realty at both the Boca Raton and Delray Beach offices. As a top producing residential real estate agent, Lara is ranked as the #1 top producing individual/performer for the Boca Raton office for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty for both 2022 and 2023.
She also was recently recognized as one of the “Agents of Influence” for the entire company of 1300+ agents, and recognized as a 2024 Top Producer, Ranked #13 Top Individuals Company-Wide, and Ranked #10 in the Top Individuals in South Florida. She was recognized as one of the top 100 Palm Beach County REAL PRODUCERS for 2024, and was recently featured in the SOUTH FLORIDA Agent Magazine “WHO’S WHO” Edition for 2024. With 17+ years of top executive sales and business experience she has worked and excelled at several of the most elite Fortune 500 companies including: Merck, PIizer, and Johnson & Johnson. Prior to Sotheby's International Realty, she had a very successful career working as a Director at Cleveland Clinic focusing on meeting physicians and patients needs, and then assisting Cleveland Clinic Florida in their growth. She has always been an ambassador for client representation, but also in making all of her clients feel confident, comfortable, and “at home”.
From a very young age, she was immersed with culture, born in France and living for a short time in London; born to one European parent and another an American, she was able to see the splendor of two beautiful worlds. Her parents taught her the meaning of working hard and loving what you do in life. Because of her international background, she grew up with the Sotheby's brand as a child, and understands all that it stands for, which resonates with how she runs her business. Having lived in France, London, the Netherlands, Cleveland, Boston, Los Angeles, and now Florida, she is able to relate to people from all walks of life.
Since relocating to Florida, Lara has been involved in selling several luxury new construction developments in Boca Raton and in surrounding cities. She specializes in representing sellers and buyers with waterfront properties, downtown living, and new construction properties.
Lara holds several designations and certifications within the field including: RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor).
