Description
Nick Smith's passion for the real estate industry started as a teen growing up in Kent County, Delaware. The son of a builder and mortgage company owner, his exposure to every facet of home ownership started early. Working as a carpenter in his family's construction company, he learned what was required, literally from the ground up, to build and finance a home, and provide a quality product with excellent customer service. As a real estate agent, Nick brings a foundation of loyalty, integrity, hard work, and creativity to every relationship and transaction. Nick studied accounting, marketing, and business management first at Clemson University, then at the University of Delaware. He worked for Merrill Lynch as a Junior Financial Advisor for a few years and soon made the permanent move back to real estate, where his true passion lies. When not involved with real estate, Nick enjoys practicing stock speculation, exercising, traveling, the beach in any part of the world, and everything culinary.
