Description
Allen Baynes has been a member of the LAH Sotheby’s family since 2006. He began
his real estate career in 2001 working in commercial real estate for Aronov Realty in
Montgomery responsible for leasing and property management.
Allen is a graduate of Mountain Brook High School and Auburn University. He is married
to Christy Fargason Baynes and they have two kids: Mary Carleton and Mason. The
Baynes are active supporters of local charities. For over a decade, Allen has been an
advocate and donor of Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama where he was nominated
Volunteer of the Year in 2016.
Allen is a Senior Real Estate Specialist™ and enjoys the work he does in the Real
Estate Division of his wife’s company, LifeCare Solutions (LCS). There Allen
specializes in helping seniors with relocating and selling their homes. This can include
analyzing the home and making changes to create a safer environment, planning a
move to a new senior community, packing up the family’s valuables and selling the
home. On any given Sunday in the fall, you can find Allen running down the football
field as a referee for the National Football League (NFL). Since 2008, he has worked as
a Side Judge for the NFL. During his NFL tenure, he has officiated 13 playoff games,
including Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas between the San Francisco 49ers and the
Kansas City Chiefs.
