She is meticulous at developing successful strategies for representing properties of all types and at various price ranges. She excels at determining the most cost-effective way to showcase a home's distinctive attributes to maximize the sales price. Utilizing her extensive network of specialists, Lauren orchestrates and manages the entire pre-marketing to post sale process ensuring a seamless transition for her clients. Every detail is tended to so that the initial impression is maximized to generate significant front-end interest and top dollar. Marketing campaigns are created on the digital, print and social media levels far beyond just putting a property on MLS. Lauren found her way to Colorado after spending time in Virginia, Indiana, Ohio and Texas, where she attended the University of Texas. While living in Tampa, Florida, she met her future husband, Greg, a proud Colorado native. When he felt the mountains calling him back home, Lauren came too and quickly fell hard for the surrounding mountains, hiking in summer and skiing in winter and spectacular views year-round. She likes to say she has two children, her son Jacob and her Swissy, Moose. During her free time, Lauren is proud to be her son’s biggest fan. She strives to make it to all his football and lacrosse games. The Stadjuhars are huge CU Buffalo and Texas Longhorn fans, so don’t be surprised if your families cross paths at a game. Lauren was recently privileged to serve on the Board of Directors for Family of Christ Church and remains active there. At the end of a busy day, she and Greg enjoy cooking together, opening a bottle of wine and sitting on the deck to enjoy the mountains in the distance. Lauren considers herself blessed with exceptionally loyal clients who have bolstered her career with repeat business and endless personal referrals. They know her goal is to provide the best possible experience when selling or buying a home. Lauren is grateful for the relationships that start with clients, and end with friendships.

Description

Consistently ranked as one of the top places to live in the country, Colorado Springs is located just over 60 miles south of Denver and is the second-largest city in Colorado. The community of Colorado Springs was settled in the 1860s to support the Pikes Peak Gold Rush and was incorporated into a town by Union General William Palmer in 1871. Sitting at an elevation of 6,035 feet, the city is located directly against the Rocky Mountains quickly ascending to the top of Pikes Peak at 14,115 feet. Open spaces, parks, a variety of trails, rock formations, and unique geological features attract residents and tourists to a vibrant, outdoor-focused lifestyle. Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods Park, The Manitou Incline, and Cave of the Winds Mountain Park are principal outdoor attractions but dozens of everyday public spaces are also available for exploration. Beyond the beautiful views surrounding the city, it is also home to a variety of cultural, educational, and historical attractions including the United States Olympic and Paralympic Museum, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College, the ENT Center for the Arts, and the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum.
Residences range from Victorian-era homes and bungalows downtown and in Old Colorado City to suburban planned communities to gated resort neighborhoods on the city’s north, west, and south sides. Secluded but accessible mountain homes and expansive acreage are found as well within 45 minutes of downtown. Home to five military bases including the United States Air Force Academy and NORTHCOM, Colorado Springs also has a wealth of employment options, ranging from defense and aerospace to tourism and hospitality to medical technology.
