She currently volunteers with the MERR Institute (Marine Education Research & Rehabilitation), supporting efforts to rescue and care for marine mammals and sea turtles who may be ill, injured or entangled; and is also a proud supporter of The Alzheimer's Association, The Chesapeake Bay Foundation and Wider Circle.
