A top =-producing agent for over 30 years with a wide array of experiences across the residential real estate landscape and a deep network of local connections, Nancy is an honest, smart, and sophisticated advocate for her clients who ensures no stone goes unturned. Nancy’s focused attention to detail and commitment to serving her clients in a comprehensive manner has earned her repeat business time and time again as well as executive relocation referrals from within Richmond’s business community. Whether representing some of the area’s most luxurious properties or gearing up to house hunt with a first-time buyer, Nancy loves to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
While raising a family and working in Richmond, Nancy has been proud invest back into her personal and professional community. She is a past president of the Junior League of Richmond and has served on the Council of Historic Richmond as well as Virginia’s Family and Children’s Trust Fund and Prevent Child Abuse Virginia. She’s a past member of the Board of Directors of the Richmond Association of Realtors and actively volunteers her time on committees that seek to raise the standard for practicing real estate in Richmond.
An honors graduate of the College of William and Mary, Nancy began her career in marketing and finance in Richmond’s banking community and continues to leverage those skills everyday in her real estate practice. After transitioning to real estate, Nancy joined Virginia Properties and was later invited to be a founding agent at Joyner Fine Properties’ boutique West End office on Maple Avenue. With over 20 years of success at Joyner Fine Properties, Nancy joined The Steele Group Sotheby’s International Realty at the start of 2023 and is thrilled to be associated with one of the world’s most respected brands in luxury and service.
Nancy and her husband Joe have two grown children – including one in real estate – and two darling grandchildren who keep her busy and on her toes!
