Description
Hailing from Fairfax, Virginia, Crystal previously enjoyed a career as the mid-Atlantic region human resources director and director of operations for Verizon Communications in her home state. She is a graduate of National Louis University in Chicago, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business management and a master's degree in human resource management. Crystal believes her diverse background in interpersonal skills, finance, human relations, ethics and customer service has provided a strong foundation and contributed largely to her success as a licensed real estate associate.
Upon retiring as an executive with Verizon Communications, Crystal relocated to Florida and began her second career as a real estate advisor. Her unique perspective provides her the opportunity to assist her customers not only with achieving their property goals but also with personal issues that arise outside of the transaction period and beyond. This has enabled Crystal to remain friends with many of her customers long after the transaction has been completed. She has found that much of her business comes from referrals that are derived from her neighbors, friends, family and previous customers. It is these referrals that Crystal is most proud of because they highlight her strengths, which are transparent communication, customer service, attention to detail and being able to ensure that her customers' expectations are exceeded.
Crystal currently resides in Nokomis, where she serves on the Board of Directors for the Venice YMCA. An avid supporter of the thoroughbred racing community, she is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and the Florida Quarter Horse Association. Married since 1996, Crystal is the proud mother of a grown daughter who is a Government Affairs Coordinator for a lobbying firm in Tallahassee, Florida. Since relocating to Florida, Crystal has become an avid Florida State Seminoles, Tampa Bay Lightning, Rays and Buccaneers fan. She is so fortunate to live and work in paradise!
