Linda Fredeking's impressive business background and sales experiences allow her to stand apart in the real estate profession. After a successful career in the corporate world, Linda transitioned to real estate in 1983. She first began in New Home Sales, then Commercial Real Estate, followed by Exclusive Rental Properties a firm providing upscale furnished rentals for executives, production companies, movie stars, and professional sports figures. She leveraged her relocation experience to earn a position as Regional Vice President of Relocation for Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania for a locally recognized real estate company for over 15 years. In 2006, Linda entered real estate sales and general brokerage to focus on her true passion – assisting buyers and sellers in residential real estate. The Fredeking Team was founded in 2008 and quickly developed into one of the top real estate sales teams in the Baltimore, Maryland region. Recognized both locally and nationally as one of the area's top agents and relocation professionals, Linda and her team aligned with Monument Sotheby's International Realty for the strength of the brand, impactful marketing, and quality of its leadership and staff. Linda believes the keys to professional success are found in continual training, listening and empathy. She treats each transaction as a new and unique experience. She is proud of the training she has provided to other realtors over the years and now envisions helping her team become the best they can be in the industry. A Baltimore native who has lived in many of the area's charming neighborhoods, Linda's local expertise extends throughout the Baltimore Metro region. From classic row homes and new condos in Baltimore City to the vast array of options from historic to new in Baltimore County, the finest waterfront properties in Anne Arundel County, and the lovely newer homes in Howard and Harford Counties, no one knows Baltimore and its surrounding reaches better than Linda. Her years of experience make her an excellent negotiator. Her approachable style and true heart foster lifelong professional relationships with colleagues and clients alike. A firm believer in serving others, Linda is involved with The United Way events and their Tocqueville Society, “Kindness is Magic”, a group of women supporting local charities, and Paul's Place. She is happily married and currently living in Fells Point. Linda's free time is spent with her grandchildren Jack and Ryen, family and friends, playing Pickle Ball, Golf, reading, and traveling.
