Simone is a native of the Turks and Caicos Islands where she was raised and schooled, apart from the few years she spent abroad obtaining her dual Bachelor of Science degrees from The Pennsylvania State University. Simone’s career began in property management in 2012 where she gained experience in vacation rental management which proved beneficial in her transition to real estate specializing in villas/income properties. As a previous winner of the Terrance Adams Scholarship for the highest score on the real estate exam, Simone brings almost a decade of experience to the team which includes management of the Turks and Caicos Islands Real Estate Association’s Multiple Listing System and TCREA.com website for several years. Her training in both administration and agency has given Simone an extensive knowledge of the market as well as the processes and procedure to ensure smooth and efficient transactions. Simone prides herself on her attentiveness, communication skills and professionalism which translates to effective results. Growing up on Providenciales, Simone brings vast knowledge of the island as well as insider knowledge of culture and laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands. When she’s not waist deep in work, she practices Pilates and enjoys beach days with her daughter Aniyah.
