Mr. Mancini has been in marketing and advertising content for 20 years. He has spear headed
global campaigns in the millions for Turner Broadcasting ‘TNT’ and it’s international holdings.
He has worked intimately with countless celebrities and entities such as Paramount Pictures,
CNBC, HBO, FOX, Wall street Journal; to name a few.
A Miami Born native, Giovanni Mancini has seen Miami from The 1980’s to today.
Proud Grandson to a Brickell High Rise Developer. He gained hard earned experience in
construction on more than 250,000 square feet of Class A, mixed use commercial scope as
Assistant Project Manager in a large institutional construction company - Overseeing $30
Million Dollar Budgets. This gives Mr. Mancini an inside look into residential construction and
the fundamentals of a home’s foundation.
Mr. Mancini trained under a mortgage broker and refinanced his own home. He is proficient at
property management with single family residents and commercial tenants. Property
transactions can be smooth and sometimes they can see many obstacles. Mr. Mancini has
navigated clients in city proceedings with their properties and is considered a problem solver
against unjust liens, code enforcement violations and over all city interactions.
As a Residential Seller:
The Goal is to Transfer Legal Right of Possession to a Buyer where there is a Meeting of the
Minds. Buying and selling a home is very emotional for both parties; its critical to be effective,
