Description

Many people relocate to Utah from out of state and call themselves Utahns after a time. Born and raised in Southern Utah, Kylee Willard-Blake is a true local. Her familial roots run deep, setting her apart from other agents in the area. Generations ago in the mid-1800’s, Kylee’s family were among some of the very first settlers to Utah who accompanied Brigham Young across the country and settled in the St. George area. Not only that, but her great-grandfather, Cecil Blake, had the honor of receiving the very first building permit ever issued by the city of St. George.

Born to luxury home builders and the owners of C. Blake Homes, Kylee grew up in the world of real estate, home building, and interior design. Her father handled the build and contracting and her mother focused on the interior design. In her senior year of high school, Kylee’s parents were in need of a sales agent for their model homes. An idea sparked, and she decided to seek out her real estate license. Kylee began taking classes in the evenings after school, intending to work in real estate for a few years before following in her mother’s footsteps and becoming an interior designer. Life had other plans however; Kylee quickly fell in love with the business of real estate and knew it was the right career path for her. Her extensive knowledge and familiarity with the luxury building process gave her a leg up in the business and she never looked back.

Kylee began her career specializing in new construction and land but is always eager to take on new challenges. Looking to take her business and the services she could offer to the next level, Kylee made the decision to join Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in the spring of 2021 after hearing about their impressive brand heritage, in-house marketing services and reputation for excellence. Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is Utah’s only real estate brokerage with a full-time, in-house advertising agency offering its agents and clients million-dollar marketing for every property, no matter the area, price-point or size of home.

Kylee has been drawn to helping others from an early age; she received her EMT and phlebotomy licenses before entering the world of real estate. One of Kylee’s favorite aspects of her job is being able to support and guide her clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and one that can often be overwhelming without the proper guidance. She loves seeing the excitement on her client’s faces as they consider their possibilities for the future and what home means to them. Helping her clients find ‘home’ is what fulfills Kylee most.

When she isn’t working, Kylee loves to spend time outside in the mountains or on the water with her family dirt biking, mountain biking, hiking and wakeboarding/surfing. One of her favorite pastimes is to drive around and see homes in the places that she travels to. She is a huge proponent of starting the day balanced and clear-minded, so she always begins her day with a yoga class. The proudest accomplishment in her life is her four children.
