A Real Estate professional since 2008, Ernie is known for his dedication, quick response, and attention to the little details. Ernie grew up in Mississauga where his family, friends and schooling fostered his sense of community.
Ernie received his Business Marketing diploma from Sheridan College in 2002. After college, Ernie joined Wells Fargo Financial, where he progressed quickly to become the Branch Manager and managed the operational success of his location. After his time in the financial industry, Ernie went to OREA college to obtain his Real Estate licence. Since receiving his Real Estate licence in 2008, Ernie has continued to expand his knowledge base with courses in real estate law, sales management, mortgage finance, team building and business ethics. These courses coupled with his continued love of learning have helped Ernie hone the most crucial skills in negotiating, understanding clients needs and wants and building relationships with people as well as creating a passion to succeed, sell, and win over new clients and keep returning ones.
Ernie is well versed in technology and the importance it plays in the real estate transaction. He is fluent in Final Cut Pro X, Motion, WordPress Website Design, Photography, and Videography & Drone tech to help create a stunning selling portfolio for his clients.
With a compassionate and personal touch to a hectic business, Ernie has a true passion for delivering excellent service with a desire to exceed the expectations of every single one of his clients.
During his leisure time, Ernie enjoys attending sporting events and concerts with his wife, collecting, and listening to vinyl and entertaining his cockapoo, Frankie Knuckles.
