From Rochester New York to Virginia’s horse country, Rachael has now spent 20 years in Loudoun County in the countryside she loves. The opportunity to train, compete and work in two Olympic equestrian programs brought her south and led to her equestrian-focused sales career. Rachael’s equine expertise led to a senior management position with Ariat International Inc., the largest global equestrian footwear and apparel company. When horse people think of paddock boots – it’s this brand that comes to mind and Rachael's sales success advanced her from individual contributor to managing a national team. Named Sales Representative of the Year, Rachael’s authenticity and long-view way of thinking is inherent in her sales style. She becomes her client’s fierce ally, never hesitant in negotiations, and remains focused on what matters most, producing outcomes that are best for her clients and their families. These qualities make Rachael a strong partner in real estate. As National Sales Manager for Ariat’s English division, she oversaw 300 accounts. Rachael optimized long term client relationships to troubleshoot and delivered consistent sales increases above growth targets. Rachael has also worked internationally to direct new product launches in the U.S., gaining experience with pricing, supply chain logistics and negotiations with a particular focus in Canada as a sales source. Educated at Lehigh University, Rachael relies on her journalism degree to narrate the stories of a home, to verbally illustrate elements of a property and communicate clearly with her clients. Rachael is customer focused, down-to-earth and understands the buy-sell balance. Rachael, her husband Brian, two horses and an ever-changing group of rescue dogs currently reside in Clarke County. Rachael can guide, educate and listen and she knows how to close the deal.
