For more than 20 years as a luxury hotel and spa critic, she visited, discovered, and explored a great many 5-star establishments around the world, from Europe to Asia to the Middle East. During her career, she built a solid reputation as a collaborator for many prestigious media in Québec and internationally, seeing her reviews regularly published in magazines such as ELLE Québec, Voyage et Hôtels de rêve, and L’OFFICIEL de la Mode in Paris.
In 2017, she joined forces with Luxury Retreats, a company specializing in luxury villa rental, and as LUX pro Ambassador, opened up the complex Marrakech market for the organization by finding no less than 40 luxury villas. She also contributed to the expansion of high-end property listings on the French Riviera, as well as luxury chalet listings in Courchevel.
As a real estate broker at Sotheby’s Realty International Quebec, she brings to the table a portfolio of foreign clients and a unique method of finding new listings thanks to her journalistic skills, a knack for research, and a keen sense for networking, all of which allow her to stay connected globally.
Judith Ritchie is originally from Saint-Donat-de-Montcalm, Québec, a region she particularly appreciates for the quality of its lakes and mountains. She has a profound knowledge of the Laurentian and Lanaudière regions that enables her to meet her prospective clients’ needs for wide-open spaces, luxury, and wellbeing.
Established in Paris for several years, she penned the book 300 Raisons d’Aimer Paris, published by Les Éditions de l’Homme, and hosted the 99 envies d’évasion à Paris show, which was broadcast on the Évasion network in March of 2020.
Thanks to her unique listening skills, her refinement, and her expertise, she always guides her clients towards real estate choices that fit their true aspirations.
