With her warm personality and passion for her clients, Ashley Horton takes great care in building lasting relationships with her buyers and sellers. A broker associate with the Charlotte office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Ashley has worked in many areas of real estate, both in North Carolina and out of state. She is experienced in the sales of single-family homes, as well as vacation and investment properties. Ashley is an Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Relocation Professional and Military Relocation Professional.
Ashley is a former Marine who won multiple military awards during the seven years she served our country and is a well-respected professional dog handler. She has extensive firsthand knowledge of Veterans Affairs loans, lenders, and programs, as well as the intricacies involved in relocating duty stations. Her work with canines, specifically service dogs, has given Ashley the ability to easily gain a family's trust, and allows her to help guide them into a home that is perfect for both two- and four-legged members.
Coupled with her Marine Corps training to quickly adapt and overcome any obstacle, years of experience running nonprofits have taught Ashley the beauty of giving back and helping others. She understands the importance of being extra attentive to everyone's needs and strives to treat everyone with kindness and respect as she serves the Charlotte community as a real estate professional.
Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, Ashley enjoys playing the piano and violin in her leisure time, as well as traveling to a sunny beach destination. Together with her husband, Ashley supports many local animal shelters and volunteers her time to the Veterans Bridge Home, the American Heart Association, and charity events such as The Humane Society's Ties & Tails Gala.
