Daniel Malechuk serves as Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Sotheby's International Realty. Having spent nearly 20 years as a senior executive scaling several of the world’s premier companies, including leading a company through an IPO as CEO, Daniel can understand the needs of sophisticated clients and agents. Daniel’s deepest gratification is found in serving others by seeking to understand what is most important to those he works with. A North Carolina native, Daniel’s love of coastal life started at an early age, first visiting Topsail Island with his family in 1986. Daniel has lived in multiple cities across the state as well as in Illinois, Arizona, Michigan, and Florida, and is now happy to now call Wilmington home. His career has allowed him to travel the world, taking him to nearly 40 countries and providing the perspective to work with others of various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Daniel received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University where he was a Park Scholar. He later earned an Executive MBA from the University of Arizona. Daniel has received numerous professional national awards and honors and has been featured in many global publications. Real estate has always been a passion of Daniel’s, having purchased his first investment property at a young age, and has grown as he has since completed transactions around North Carolina, the continent, and the world. When he is not working, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and four children at their beach home on Topsail Island, actively volunteering in their church, aviation, traveling, fishing, hunting, and participating in athletics.
