The IT staffing industry provided a familiarity with the nuances of working in a fast-paced market while allowing her to discern the balance between the art of deal-making and the necessity of establishing trust and honesty in relationships. Her transition to real estate provided the opportunity to foster personal connections, and clients, co-workers and vendors alike appreciate her energetic, responsive presence.
