Julia brings to Monument Sotheby's International Realty over 20 years of experience as a top-producing real estate agent and a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Association of Realtors with a former brokerage. She took a sabbatical to help her husband Rob pursue his dream of opening his own Bakery/ Cafe/ Coffee House. They owned and operated Snickerdoodles Bakery, a very successful business in their community of Hampstead which they sold in 2019. Julia and Rob subsequently made the decision to go into real estate together as they've worked well together for many years. As a strong negotiator, Julia is skilled at assisting her clients in every aspect of the buying and selling process. She is particularly gratified when handing over the keys to the client's dream home at settlement. Julia is thrilled to be affiliated with the Monument Sotheby's International Realty Hampstead office, the community where she lives, is raising her amazing grandson, raised her four children, owned a business; her home. In her free time, Julia enjoys gardening, cooking, antiquing, and traveling with her best friend and business partner, her husband.
