Description
Welcome to our beautiful website for Central Coast Sotheby’s International Realty here on the very special California Central Coast.
We are located approximately halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
I have been fortunate enough to know about this area since I was a teen and my parents would rent the key from a Rancher by Villa Creek, south of Cambria, for 50 cents a night. Dad would unlock the gate, pull the trailer in and park as close to the ocean as we could get. (My Mother’s request!)
I have never forgotten the beautiful coastline, Cambria’s Pine Forest, Highway One, Big Sur, and as soon as all our children graduated from Huntington Beach High School, in Southern California, my husband I moved up to the Central Coast and made Cambria our home. That was in 1994!
It wasn’t a difficult decision to make. My parents built their retirement home in Cayucos and retired in 1974, so all our family spent lots of time up at Grandpa and Grandmas! My husband and I always knew we would live here someday.
For Sellers:
And when it’s time for new adventures, I am here to help make that happen. Homes listed with Barnes & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty receive luxury service with my local expertise and benefit with our global Sotheby’s network. Our presentation of our listings is second to none from professional photography that captures the essence of your home to virtual 3D tours.
For Buyers:
I would love to have the opportunity to help you find your dream home, second home, vacation home. You can do it all here.
I also have had the amazing experience of living in Hawaii. In 2001, we went to a wedding on the Big Island and bought a home there. I became a Realtor with Sotheby’s in Waimea, and hubby worked at the local Kailua Kona High School teaching Special Ed and involved in Administration.
I missed the Central Coast! And family! I learned that family is one of the main reasons people move back to the mainland from Hawaii, and I can relate.
But that is where I started my career in Real Estate and I love it!
I love the Central Coast and hope that I can meet with you and share this beautiful, unique slice of life on the amazing Central Coast.
Feel free to give me a call to discuss and questions you may have and I hope to meet you in person and help you find your forever home.
