A veteran of the software industry, Michelle Richards began her career at Apple and went on to work for Macromedia and Adobe as a senior technical program manager, leading some of the largest cross-functional programs in the company. She continued her education at Stanford Center for Professional Development with certifications in advanced program management, risk management, and as a ScrumMaster.
Michelle’s personal ties to the Carmel area extends over 30 years with local family in the area. She currently resides in the Carmel Highlands.
Michelle has a passion for design and architecture which brought her to complete post graduate studies in photography and interior design at California College of the Arts. She brings this interest to real estate and has worked with award-winning interior designers on numerous renovation projects in large scale homes in Hillsborough and San Francisco. She has also worked with pedigreed art curators and gallerists to build art collections. She cares about quality, detail, and fine craftsmanship. Her experience and expertise in residential design contributes to her ability to envision possibilities and potential.
