Description
Corinne Thygeson has lived in Little Silver for 17 years. She fell in love with the area when she moved here and that passion has inspired her to try to help others make the Two Rivers area their home.
Corinne has been an active member of her community . She recently served as a coucilwoman in Little Silver for six years. Prior to her council work, she was involved in various local volunteer organizations including the Little Silver PTO where she served as president for two years. More recently, Corinne co-founded the Little Silver Helpers, a grassroots volunteer group. The organization was initially formed to help residents facing difficulties during the pandemic. The Helpers now coordinate teen volunteers who shovel for elderly residents.
Through this involvement, Corinne has gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community. She is now excited to be turning that community focus towards real estate.
As a councilwoman, Corinne was professional, hard working, enthusiastic, patient, detail oriented and proactive. She worked tirelessly for the residents of Little Silver. Corinne is committed to using these same traits to ensure successful real estate transactions with all of her clients.
With this passion for service, Corinne is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Heritage House Sotheby's International Realty team, she carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.
In Corinne’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also likes to run, play tennis and teach exercise classes to senior citizens (she is a certified fitness instructor). She is a huge college sports fan and a proud alum of Boston College.

Description
Located in the exclusive Two Rivers area and known as 'The Peninsula' to local residents, the town of Rumson was settled in 1665. It began as a small clamming and fishing village and over the centuries developed into one of the most prestigious communities in New Jersey. Geographically, the area is situated between two rivers, the Navesink and the Shrewsbury, and is only a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean. This beautiful 'bedroom' community to Manhattan, just a short hour away, allows for convenience and beauty, as well as, business development and a high quality of life. From prestigious riverfront estates, golf clubs, charming tree lined streets, to picturesque coastal beaches - It's one of Monmouth County's most beautiful areas. Topped with four seasons, natural surroundings, excellent school systems, cultural opportunities, advanced health care facilities and excellent real estate values makes the Two River area not only one of the most beautiful places to live, but tops the list of most desirable places to live in New Jersey and NYC metro areas. Our Rumson office is the third branch office opened at Heritage House Sotheby's International Realty; it was officially opened in May of 2001.
