Coming from an Italian family who invested in real estate, Olivia grew up watching the process of building and understanding the importance of home. Her passion for the business blossomed over the years, fueled by her personal experiences purchasing, managing, remodeling, designing and staging interiors of several homes. She went on to obtain her sales license in 2016 and made real estate a full-time career, increasing her sales performance year over year and earning top-tier awards. Olivia loves being a buyer’s agent and helping clients find their dream homes. She is fully invested in meeting each person’s needs, as she is in advancing her expertise with advanced designations. Among these are Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Graduated Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Olivia also received the Excellence Award from DMAR (Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®) consecutively from 2019 to 2021, setting her apart in her market. Her success has been built on her collaborative, detailed, 5-star approach to client care and deep values that establish trust. From there Olivia pursued a Business Degree in Dublin Ireland, focused in Marketing and PR. She speaks Italian fluently in addition to English. As owner of a primary home and investment properties, Olivia knows the power and fulfillment of real estate assets. Outside of work she’s a busy wife and mother of two boys and three small dogs.
