Description
Kevin Pane understands the importance of finding the perfect home, as a real-estate investment, and a lifestyle.
Kevin is a business veteran who helped transform the equipment leasing industry in his twenties. His accomplishments in finance, sales, management, and customer service have earned him great recognition, an impeccable reputation, and deep personal and professional relationships. After living in Central America where he conquered the real estate market for 12 years, in 2017, Kevin and his wife Miriam returned to his native home of Los Angeles.
Kevin made his start selling luxury real estate in Beverly Hills and throughout the Westside of Los Angeles. As part of one of the most coveted teams in the nation, Kevin contributed towards the closing of $515 million in real estate transactions and was recognized as part of the Inman #1 Luxury Team in the United States.
“I listen and take the time to understand what matters most to my clients. I complement their goals with my experience, market insight, and a drive to deliver the absolute best results. That’s how I help people turn their dreams into reality,” says Kevin.
Real estate isn’t a hobby or just a job for Kevin, it’s in his blood. His grandfather was a celebrated builder in the Trousdale Estates and on the West Side. His father, mother, brother, aunt, and uncle have, or had been in the business for more than 20 years each. Even as a teenager, Kevin displayed a keen interest in real estate sales and client services and spent many weekends helping his mother, Mary, with open houses.
Panama Calling
It was while on vacation in Panama that Kevin recognized the economic opportunity and real estate boom the capital city was ripe for.
“I didn’t speak a word of Spanish at the time,” says Kevin, now fluent in the language. “But there was a buzz in the air. Americans and Europeans were on the streets seeking multimillion-dollar properties and investments, with no one to address their needs in the way I knew I could.”
Kevin followed his instinct and relocated to Panama City where he quickly became the go-to broker for some of the most luxurious properties the city had to offer. He was sought after by high-profile individuals and captains of industry from around the world. It wasn’t long before Kevin started his own company, Pan American Real Estate Group. At Pan American he managed a team of over 20 agents, both native Panamanians and expatriates like himself.
His experience in Panama would shape his future in profound ways. It’s where he met his wife, Miriam, and where he gained new insights and skills that would give him a distinct advantage back in the US. So, after more than a dozen successful years abroad, Kevin returned home to Los Angeles.
Kevin’s overall success in real estate, coupled with his fearless, energetic, and enthusiastic nature are what make him unique. He is quick to learn and leverage the nuances of a dynamic, and often unpredictable marketplace. Kevin recognizes the impact and importance of cultural attitudes, how to anticipate client expectations, and drive sales with personal, unsurpassed service.
“I understand what the client is telling me and what they aren’t telling me,” he says. “I am forthcoming, levelheaded, and true to my word, from start to finish.”
Kevin is delighted to be back home serving the community that he knows and loves. When Kevin is not working, he can be found enjoying time with his wife Miriam, studying about cryptocurrency, or enjoying some kind of outdoor activity. Kevin is an avid reader and enjoys anything around business, motivation, sales, and marketing. Some of his favorite studies are Tony Robbins, Gary V., Mel Robbins, Tim Ferris, and Andreas Antonopoulos.
