Curtis is the prominent sales professional in Moab’s burgeoning luxury market for new developments, including his role as the Sales Director for the Lionsback Resort, Moab’s premier luxury resort community. As the sole sales agent for the project, Curtis reserved-out Phase 1 of the Lionsback residential casitas in just 72 hours following the sales launch, creating a sales momentum that carries to this day. Curtis thrives in articulating project specifics, details, and their value, in addition to his passion for exploring, camping, jeeping, hiking, and all things Moab, which enables him to genuinely sell Moab’s rugged, vibrant lifestyle.
Having spent half of his professional career in the natural resource development business, as well an ongoing career in politics and public office that began in 2014, Curtis’ knowledge and understanding of the real estate development market and related regulatory environment is unmatched. In addition to his service as a County Commissioner, Curtis represented the Moab community and the State of Utah on multiple State and Federal boards and committees. Curtis currently serves as an Advisor on Rural Affairs to the Governor, as well as the Governor’s appointed Chairman of the Permanent Community Impact Board, which provides infrastructure funding to Cities and Counties in Utah.
