Kelly began her real estate career with the premier commercial boutique firm in Houston offering tenant representative services to Houston’s top companies. In 1996, Kelly established her own firm, Kelly Labanowski Properties, turning her focus to the business of residential real estate. Combining her comprehensive knowledge of the homes and neighborhoods where she has lived and focused her practice with the skills developed in the commercial real estate industry, Kelly enables her clients to achieve the best results possible. She loves Houston and believes it to be the great suburban/urban City, offering its residents a variety of enjoyable and unique lifestyles. Kelly has an been an enthusiastic volunteer and has held leadership positions with Harvard College Fund, St. John’s School, Presbyterian School, West University Elementary, National Charity League, West University Little League Auxiliary, West University Softball Association, Southside Place Civic Club and Swim Team, and the Houston Area Women’s Center. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Drake University where she was an intercollegiate athlete and four-year varsity letter winner.
