With a very diverse educational background, Alexis has had her hands in multiple areas of work and learning. Alexis has a masters degree from Monmouth University in Criminal Justice with a tract in Homeland Security, as well as a culinary degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC.
After receiving various degrees in specific fields, her father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and she came to the aid of her family's long time restaurant supply company and managed it for over 5 years. This gave her the best experience in dealing with the public and customers on a daily basis. Alexis also has a love for rescue dogs, as she has two of her own. In her free time she enjoys bike rides, gardening, spending time with family, and cooking. Alexis is a powerhouse in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to work hard and succeed. With this track record she is able to deliver both results and an enjoyable experience.
