In 1998, when my husband, infant son, and I first relocated here from our home in South Florida, we fell in love with Savannah’s storied history, delightful weather, enchanting restaurant and arts scenes, and superb school options. After visiting several communities, we moved to The Landings on Skidaway Island with their many activities (including golf, tennis, and boating) and amenities (a fitness center and miles of pathways). We’ve been thrilled with our decision as it’s been an excellent place to raise a family, stay active and make wonderful friends! After 20-plus years, it still amazes me that we were lucky enough to find and become part of this wonderful community.
