Before becoming a licensed Florida REALTOR®, Susan worked as an estimator and project manager for her family's construction company for 30 years. Well-versed in the intricacies of land development and new builds, Susan blends her construction background with her home-grown knowledge of the area and straightforward advice to guide her buyers and sellers through the process with ease.

Susan is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, and the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®, where she's earned the distinguished Certified Real Estate Professional designation.
