When Paulius joined Colgate - Palmolive in late nineties - company had the lowest market shares in all key categories vs multinational competition in Baltic market. It took just 3 years when Colgate- Palmolive managed to achieve No 1 market share in all key categories in 3 different Baltic countries at the same time, making the result unique in Colgate-Palmolive world. In 2003 Paulius leaves Colgate and enters private business in DIY products manufacturing, sales and marketing. It takes only 2 years of persistent marketing and sales effort to drive to the leading position and stay the only local production company against multinational competition. In 2012 Paulius' passion for real estate brought him into affiliation and foundation of Baltic Sotheby's International Realty office in Vilnius, Lithuania. Proven sales and marketing skills and strong network in local market helps the company to become a leader in luxury real estate market. He is a frequent speaker at business and leadership conferences. Paulius holds degree in business management from Vilnius University. Also he is a founder of family enrichment NGO "Family university" helping families around the world to be more happy and united. Loves family life and sports. He also finished post graduate studies in Family studies with International University of Catalunya.
