Amanda has lived in Buckhead for over 17 years and enjoys raising her family in Atlanta. Her love of real estate started at a young age from her parents, and she has a passion for looking at spaces and imagining how they can be creatively customized for an individual or family. Amanda's professional background is in Big Four accounting, where she was in consulting and human resources. A highlight of her career was serving as a coach and mentor to working mothers as they balanced career and home life. Her children's ages range over eight years, so Amanda recognizes how a family's housing needs evolve. She understands Atlanta's schools and the amenities of the Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Vinings and Buckhead neighborhoods. HOBBIES and INTERESTS: Amanda is very involved in her children's schools. She is a member of the Parents Association of The Westminster Schools (PAWS) and was the Parent Council Co-Chair at The Cathedral Preschool (Episcopal Cathedral of St. Philip), and she served on the school's Board of Directors for three years. Amanda is a member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church and is an active fundraiser for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and Odyssey. In her free time, she enjoys travel, tennis, snow-skiing, home decorating and entertaining. She attended Louisiana State University and enjoys college football. Amanda is also a novice florist and loves creating flower arrangements for her clients.
