Prior to his career in real estate, Scott was a private client investment advisor with CIBC Wood Gundy and BMO Nesbitt Burns with the Chartered Investment Manager accreditation. He understands that in addition to lifestyle and amenity considerations, every real estate transaction involves investment decisions including market analysis, asset allocation, financing, and cost accounting.
