Kaylee currently sits on the board of the Sunlight Neighborhood HOA as Treasurer, and for the last two years, has worked in sales and marketing for the private Bella Vista Estate. In her first year, she broke the sales record for all previous years of business. When she’s not working, you can find her baking wedding cakes for her business BabyCakes Steamboat, dancing with Steamboat Dance Theatre, having a margarita riverside, skiing, in the kitchen while listening to some classic Frank Sinatra, or hiking with her two daughters. With family in the business of building custom luxury homes and developments in Steamboat Springs for over 20 years, Kaylee has had the opportunity to see and assist on many projects from conception, drafting, design, building, marketing, to sold. Kaylee’s unique knowledge of real estate goes well beyond the surface. Her drive, determination, professionalism, passion for the Steamboat lifestyle, and attention to detail set her apart.
